Tripod Sentinels
The Story of the Tripods:

In April, 2009 around 4am my friend Dex and I brought the first Tripod into the world. We were working in my shop; we didn’t know what we were doing, or the awesomeness of the Tripods that would be brought to Earth.

Some welding, some LEDs, the application of the Miller 140 All Spark and the Tripod had a body to move into.

We talked with the Tripod over a few BPRs, he told us that he came to our Space and Time to go to Burning Man. He told us that this Art Festival was known through the whole Multiverse and all loving creative creatures were impressed with the Burners desire to create beautiful things. He had to see it.

He had friends on the other side and he asked if we would help him by making new shells so that his friends could also go to the Burning Man Art festival.

A large number of people have volunteered to help bring the Tripods to life and over a hundred Tripods were given away for free at Burning Man 2009.

After Burning Man the Tripods were energized and wanted to help create art for the following year. They no longer wanted to be spectators but were ready to participate.

They asked to help fund raise for the Pirate Ship Project.

Enter Jesse B and Jopel Designs . Jesse had the ability to create a new circuit board with built in light features for the Tripods. The new Circuit boards add a whole new dimension to the Tripods. Allowing them to perform mini lights shows for people.

The next bit of history is yet to be written. With hard work enough tripods will be made and sold to build a pirate ship.
